What is a Vap?

Commonly known as "street food" vaps originates from the word cevapi traditionally found in southeastern Europe.

 

They are typically made with freshly seasoned ground beef and lamb or pork and beef. 

 

Vaps are grilled, skinless sausages served with special flat bread called lepinja and assorted toppings. 

 

Our vaps are made fresh daily with either 100% ground beef, ground turkey, or ground lamb, and we also carry a veggie option.
